A
unique new fitness programme developed in New Zealand is being launched in
Auckland’s Eastern Suburbs this month.
The
MaxGains Programme, devised by St Helier’s based Morgan Boyes, is a mix of
proven science-based training techniques combining military-grade physical
training with resistance exercise, endurance aerobics, circuit and interval
training to produce the ideally balanced, maximum results fitness outcome.
Morgan
Boyes has over ten years experience in physical training and fitness. He developed
the MaxGains Programme after serving for eight years in the New Zealand Army where
he was a New Zealand Defence Force physical training instructor, the primary
instructor for his posted unit, Queen Alexandria's Mounted Rifles.
Morgan
says: ` MaxGains specialises in helping New Zealanders gain their maximum

He

Morgan
can take private one-on-one sessions or larger groups. Bookings are now being
taken for the first group boot camp sessions at Glendowie Community Centre with
personalised gym training on offer in association with the Club Lifestyle gym
at Stonefields.
